Life is just like a piece of chocolate or is like playing video games?

Some says that Life is like a piece of chocolate, some says Life is like a boat in the rough ocean and some even says that Life is like playing a video game.

I was with Eustace and X that day at coffee bean, as usual, talking cock and looking at each other recent works. That day I released that X is quite lost in what he is doing as he felt that he has difficulties in doing character design. Both Eustace and I felt that his strengths are in Background and Props Design, he can do well in his drawing, but lack of the feeling and life in the characters. He wants do and focus in character design, but he seem to be struck in what he is doing right now.

Then Master Eustace told him that he Life is like playing a video game. Is like in the game, you are on a raft in the river, you come across this split juction. You know that the top one lead you to the hidden secret weapon, and the bottom doesn't. But you only have that split seconds to move your raft up. What if you missed it, then how? Most people will restart from the last save and try to redo it until they get the weapon, only a few will continute the game. Ya, by doing this you might get the secret weapon, you lost the fun of playing the game.

Eustace trying to bring this example to X, telling him that he might get what he wants, but he might not be enjoying what he is doing right now (Those who knows X will know that he had been trying to draw that chirstmas card, but he is struck for quite sometimes). I believe that he can do it, just needs time to have confidence in himself. (Actually we are struck at coffee bean cos it's raining very heavily. Nothing to do so we talk about this topic)

I believe what Eustace said make sense. But there is one thing for sure - People will always choose to win, but the actual fact in really life is that, there isn't another second chance.

Fish Tank Light Box

Guys, I had made a budget light box for my product shot (recently got some freelance product photoshoot) No money to buy that big curve table for the shoot and no space to put it anyway, so I use a small fish tank, a white cardboard and 2 lights (bought the new lights at new tampines ikea... That place is damn big) to make a small lighting studio for the shooting.

Went to Ikea yesterday on my 2nd attempt (First attempt didn't make it cos it was too late) around 9plus pm, hoping to get the lights for my light box. The closing time stated at 10pm, so I was afraid that I couldn't make it on time, but guess what.... I shopped until 10.50pm and the shop still hasn't closed yet. (What the...) You guys should go down there at night cos not much people there at night and you don't have to queue up for the feedle bus.

Here are some of the pic took with my nikon D50 without flash light.

Found my 11B, in a place where i didn't go on that day...

Well, for those who don't know, i lost my 11B 5 months ago in my camp. The story goes like this....

That day was a cock up day cos i overslept again. So i had to rush to my camp by cab. When i reached the guard house, i showed them my pass and rushed to the AGTS centre. I remembered i put all my passes into my pocket (This is what i always do after showing my pass to the RP...) Because i was really late liao, so i double back to change to my No.4.

When i was inside my changing room, i took out all my items and place them on top of my table and before i change. Just when i was changing, got this fat guy came into the room and talk cock with me. Well seriously i don't like to talk to him cos he always do stupid things in camp, so i just do my things without even bother to listen to what craps he said. At the moment i just wanted to leave the room asap, therefore i grab my things and left.

I went to the CAI to check the training programme for my tank training and that's when i realised that all my passes were not with me. So i ran back to the changing room to look for it cos that's the last place that i had been to. After searching high and low inside changing room, nothing was found, so i walked back to the guard room to search. After hours of searching, I still couldn't find it, so i went to report lost. I suspects that fat ass took my passes so i questioned him about it, but he denied that he had anything to do with it. In the end, I had to report to police cos 11B is like an I.C. card. Damn Suay...

My passes had gone for 5 months and i had to paid $150 for the replacement ($100 for 2 camp passes and $50 for my 11B). Well, guess what? Today my friend, Lion called me and told me that he found my 11B in camp. I asked him where he found it and he told me that it was inside VSC10... I was like what the F.... I never been to that place that day, how come my passes will ended there? Things are over now, I don't want to stir things up again. At least I know my 11B is still exist... by the way i have nothing but the money to throw... hahaha... just kidding.

What is Love?

I have been crazy over South park recently and i came across one of the epsiodes where Mr Garrison is talking to Mr twit (a stick with a shirt on it) about love. This is what Mr twit told him,

"Love isn´t a decision, it´s a feeling. If we could decide who we´d loved, it would be much simplier, but much less magical"

Well, i can't imagine a lame cartoon show will come out something like that, hahaha... Cos most of the times it would be things like, "There are not stupid questions, just stupid people." this type of shit.

Metal Gear Solid Ops (PSP)

Woah... MGSops is finally out!!! I have been waiting for this game to be released for ages. Been playing this game for 2 days and i really like it very much.

I am a great fan of the metal gear series. I even bought a game cube just to play the remake Metal gear Solid - Twin Snakes. I think that time i really siao liao. I also have the Arts of Metal Gear Solid for the 3 series.

Well, this time MGSops takes place in the 1970s, just 6 years after the operation "snake eater" (which is also know as MGS3). This time you don't have to hunt for food (eat snake or crocodile), apply first Aid to the wound or camoflage your snake's face anymore.

Now what you need in MGSops is to recruit a team of soldiers under you to rebel (pretty cool, right). You can sent spy to source for infomation, form a tech squad to make weapon, a medical squad to heal your men and a team to follow you during your mission. Well there are much more i haven't explore yet, but at least it can keep me busy for awhile while i wait for my Wii and PS3.

I can't wait for MGS4 for PS3... PLS FREEZE ME!!!!
